But a coach can't get everyone to embrace their role always.

Some guys just aren't interested. The guys who weren't last year (based on what I saw, not what KA has said) seem to be the ones who left.

Ideally we'd have a coach who could reach more players and wouldn't recruit players who are unlikely to fit. But I do think the players on the roster now embrace their roles (the ones we've seen play).
