paralyze discussion with passive aggressive stances.

Let's not discuss any of the multiple things proposed, let's shoot right down to what you want to talk about -- whether or not gov't pays for and institutes it or not -- which is exactly what I said people shouldn't focus on.

One thing you always miss is the notion of conscious. If people spoke about these changes to healthcare, if it was widely understood and accepted, then you wouldn't need gov't to institute it. It would become a market demand, essentially.
