Excellent recruiter! Below average tactical X's & O's coach and staff at this point. DG is learning on the job and I am fine with that as long as we see measurable improvement. Leave Gates alone for now, for the sake of transparency, I've never been a DG fan, but, am warming up due to the level of talent that he is bringing in. Regardless of the coaching weakness, it's about the 'Jimmy's and the Joe's' ultimately!
