That one day his in-game coaching begins to approach the same degree of effectiveness he has shown as a recruiter. Getting the players on the court is a big challenge, but he is doing well there. My disappointment has at times come from the decisions made during games that don't seem to put us in the best position to win. Rotations, clock management, etc. If he elevates there to the degree he has elevated recruiting, we will be hanging banners in the arena.
