multiple civil lawsuits against both Epstein and Maxwell and one highly publicized criminal case (Maxwell's). All of the evidence presented in these cases has been made public. Only Grand Jury materials have been sealed, as is routinely ordered by the presiding judges. One of the reasons GJ information is sealed, maybe the major reason is that it is one-sided. It is material presented by the prosecution and it has not been challenged and/or rebutted by the defense. IOW, it might not be factual or provable.
