be fixed... That doesn't mean mail in voting needs to be abolished.

Fixes:
1) Eliminate ballot harvesting
2) Ballots must be RECEIVED by election day (not just postmarked by election day)
3) Add a notary or 3rd Party Witness requirement to mail in/absentee ballots (like 7 states currently do)
