I have seen data all over the place, likely manipulated by those with the agenda.

Chicago, like most cities, would have dangerous and safe places.

I do not believe anyone wants a true solution, because it is either throw a bunch of money with no real purpose or strategy, or let's just punish anyone. No root causes and free market solutions are ever tried.

I have many friends living in Chicago, and quite happy and do not see or hear alarms from them constantly.
