it's bad. Constant break-ins at local businesses, homeless people drugged out of their minds all over the streets, random shootings at some of the local bars, hit and runs, etc. The bad part is it's still not considered a terrible part of town so getting a bigger police presence really isn't in the cards. It's sad, b/c it's a nice spot with good local restaurants. Each neighborhood north of us goes through the same thing.
