Do you know why it is? Kansas City has always had a high crime rate. I am not there to keep the peace anymore so naturally it will rise. Kansas City is a cross road for a lot of homeless and hobos crossing the country. They all carry weapons to survive. Plus break ins, muggings and Rapes will follow. Murders vary depending on how hot it is.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
