Explain yourself more explicitly. I personally have no problem with national guardsmen having a visibility in DC. Rome and Paris have what looks like armed soldiers around and I felt very safe even at 1:00 A.M.. However the crime rate in DC is not what Trump claims.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
