Michigan, Alabama, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Oklahoma, USC, Tennessee, Nebraska, Penn State, and Texas. I limited the list to ten.

Only Nebraska and USC are missing from the AP preseason poll. There may be more parity as the result of NIL/portal but it probably doesn't affect the above list. Both SC and N fell off beforehand.
