I've not been impressed with BBQ in the southeast.

Granted, it's not the biggest sample size, but I've had it in a bunch of spots in NC, TN and GA, and found it to be far below what we're used to in Missouri.

Archibald's in Tuscaloosa is outstanding. The Dreamland location in Birmingham was also great.
