Control of media and money is too great by existing establishments. Change agents can emerge from within. Katie Porter may be one as might Mayor Pete. It is a big fcking ship (as our govt needs to be) and cannot be turned on a dime.

Trump is a fraud who was embraced by the Hard Right like Heritage who have and are using him to get done what they want done and pave the way for Vance. The Dems badly need a true Populist leader. And with the sht Trump has done such a leader would be embraced. I question if we will have an operating election system by '28 though.
