they would repeal the 1929 law that caps the number of reps to 435 and reduce the size of districts putting a cap on them and creating more House of Representatives positions.
The Constitution sets a minimum limit of 30,000 per 1 rep. A district cap of 230,000 citizens would reduce gerrymandering., decrease campaign costs and make it easier for 3rd party candidates to gain seats and bring representation closer to the people they are supposed to represent.
