Well when over a quarter of women have mental health issues and nearly all of them experience hormonal bouts of illogic and warped view points, putting them in positions of power might be a bit of a issues.
As America since the 60's has become a matriarchal society the culture and country as started to fracture and fall apart. Their is a direct correlation this cannot be refuted at all.
I'd say she might be on to something.
