I guess there is no minimum speed limit on Missouri's non-interstate highways?

          on the interstate (at least I-44) max is 70 and min is 40(nm) - TigerA MU - 8/4 13:26:12
               Oh thats right, 40 was the min(nm) - AWOLTiger KC - 8/4 13:28:20
     followed some dude driving a John Deere gator up 291 in - Joeboo MU - 8/4 13:20:29
          If i was driving something going that slow i would find - playhard KC - 8/4 13:26:54
