were all told that the starting QB in 2023 was up in the air and would be settled on the field against South Dakota.

He played in the SD game and two others that season including attempting a pass in the final game against Arkansas.

He tore his UCL in 2024.

In fact Cook missed the entire spring practice in 2023 because of shoulder surgery and Horn got all the 1st reps that spring.

Show me one quote from anywhere that said Horn was injured starting 2023 season.
