courts only get involved when a person or entity gets them involved and - as so often in the past - wants equity on an issue. Settling disputes is WHY we have the court system. They are essential because we will never have agreement on about any issue.
Courts actually are a welcome and needed substitute for a forceful dictatorship. You aren't thinking this through. But you have a LOT of company.
