Someone, presumably Ukrainian terrorists allegedly set off explosives and damaged two pipelines in the far east of Russia. There has been no independent verification of the damages or of Ukrainian involvement. The source of these reports is Ukrainian Military Intelligence. What is the significance, if any of this limited attack on the ongoing civil war in the Ukraine?
