All of our visits were in the summer/fall/winter of 2023, plus more recent drives for sporting events, and the difference in surfaces was very noticeable. Sounds like your drives have been more recent, so construction could have been done. Still, I wouldn't put Missouri anywhere near the bottom...funny how we have such completely different experiences.

I'll also put OH on the naughty list...forgot about them.

I'll say this for WI...they finally have the stretch from Beloit to north of Madison done (a couple years ago) and it's fantastic.

At least we agree on Illinois...I feel like I need a front-end alignment every time I get home from a trip.
