a deterrant isn't meant to be used unless you are attacked. Iran would have no reason to use a nuclear weapon on Israel, as long as Israel didn't attack Iran first. Like they just did and wouldn't have done if Iran had a nuclear weapon.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
