Some in the party fear them, and think they are voting, so they want to deport them. Its about votes. Democrats think they will be come citizens and vote democratic. Its about votes. Its very much like mail-in voting, which was first championed by republicans and put down by many democrats. BOth thought it would be mainly senior citizens using it, who tended to vote republican. Then when it was implemented more democrats used it, so suddenly republicans hated it and democrats loved it. Its about votes. Nothing more, nothing less. And Trump demonizes illegals not be because he actually wantes them deported (many work for his companies), but because it is read meat for his supporters and it gets him votes. Its about votes.
