don't open too many bottles at the same time...whiskey can change complexion after being exposed to air. Some of it will be more affected than others. You might want to try an infinity bottle, it's a fun way to try your hand at mixing different whiskeys. I one time got my infinity bottle to a place that at least to me was about the best tasting pour I'd ever had-unfortunately I drank it down and haven't gotten it back to that point again.
