anyone that owns 6, 8 or larger unit apartment buildings has probably seen their insurance double in the past 2-3 years here in the midwest.

1-4 unit rentals haven't been hammered as bad, but they're still probably up 40-50% over the last few years.

But yeah, commercial property as a whole is probably in that 40-50% boat since 2022 or so.
