Now it went up (illegally) 270% 2 years ago, but that's another story.


15% is the maximum increase allowed without an addition or inspection.

The county got smacked down hard by the state tax commission for their illegal assessments in 2023- so they're just pushing everybody up 15% x2 from the 2021 assessments to make up for their "lost" revenue
