They deserve to prosper, in his words.
Why have other nations prospered without a sum of money being dumped in but many African nations haven't?
Will money like this lead to long term prosperity or just end up in the hands of politicians and warlords who are already living a fruitful life? What will happen to ensure this money goes into education and technology to make life better for the every day citizen?
My guess: This money will just lead to more conflict and the rich getting richer there. As has been the case throughout documented history in many of those nations, poverty and starvation will still rule.
