They aren't recorded using audio, or videotaped despite the tech being cheap and available. Why?
Because the FBI likes to charge people with lying to the FBI, and those charges are based on the hand written notes made by the agents in each interview. How convenient.
All police interviews, not just the FBI, should be required to recorded, in order to be evidence in a court of law.
