national trying to enter the United States. The first thing they are going to ask is to see her passport. Since she cannot have a US passport they are then going to ask for a visa or other paperwork. She obviously did not have that either.

I understand your confusion, the previous admin would have given her the red carpet treatment and likely put her up in a four star for the next six years until they could get around to scheduling a hearing. But the adults are back in charge now.
