The most important thing a women can do is beget life and instill from a young age a mothers nurturing hand to their offspring.
Really in reality outside of that what do women bring to society... They underperform in and dislike STEM even when given incentives and special treatment to embrace those fields. They have no natural ability or desire to work in Infrastructure building professions either and their performance as Warriors is a joke do to genetic limitations. And please spare me the exception to the rule stories the actual numbers prove other wise.
The reality is Women still gravitate to Nurturing Jobs even though now many are not begetting the next generation.. . Women dominate the Social Services, Heath Care, Kindercare teaching and HR management. You can't out race your DNA/Breeding/Gender on a macro scale.
Progressive leftist fantasize that it can be done but in the end all they have is some obscure feel good stories about a minority of women who do decide to enter non traditional type of jobs.
And believe me I fully support their right to do so, but to act like and believe that women should stop being the mothers of the next generations to be plumbers, Infantry, STEM workers etc. is laughable. It's like expecting the unathletic nerd kids to be the next generation of NFL football Players.
