I talk about Congress all the time.

I have even called for Congress to make the DOGE cuts codified, or even some of the things that judges stopped DOGE from cutting. They continue to punt over and over and over.

and given that Trump was behind and supports this bill, yes, I blame him as well. He attacked those that did not vote for this crappy bill.
