basically have super harsh postseason bans. Like 5-10 years if caught which would destroy the program and truly hurt the University.

Even that would be difficult to enforce because the University could just say we weren't aware that this was going on so you can't do that to our school.

Plus - again...it will be some "Regulation Committee" that will just look the other way for certain blue blood schools.
