Russia invaded Ukraine and Biden formed a coalition that immediately stood behind Ukraine both financially and militarily. You may not agree with it, but that's certainly not appeasement. Putin himself wouldn't say Biden was a Russian appeaser. Massive sanctions and repeated approval of military aid and humanitarian assistance since February 2022.
If Biden was appeasing the Russians then why is the RIGHT so against that appeasement?

Biden knee capped the **** out of the Chinese with the Chips Act, which set to make America the logistical controller of high end chips. That act prevents China from getting their hands on the higher end chips they can't make themselves. He kept up tariffs against China. He warned China repeatedly not to invade Taiwan and got Australia and the UK to buy US made nuclear submarines that would be based out of Perth, on Australia's western coast. He tightened relations with Vietnam and pushed Vietnam as a viable alternative for Chinese manufacturing. He strengthened ties with Japan and started the momentum towards Japan's decision to buy American military hardware like Tomahawk missiles, AMRAMs and missile defense systems. He wanted to create a net around China and he moved purposely to do so with the Aussies, Philippines, Japan and South Korea.
He also sought to boost relations with India, who has a much brighter future than China does economically and socially (not perfect but way better than the CCP controlled Chinese citizenry). In so doing, he befriended China's biggest competition in many sectors economically.
So again, APPEASEMENT?
