see that he creates his own messes, half ass cleans them up and then pronounces victory and always well before proof of any victory.

America is so outgunned and outmaneuvered against wily countries like China and Russia with Trump in power. They know he wants any deal more than a good deal and so they will test him over and over by saying one thing, doing another and seeing if he has the nuts or brains to challenge their temerity.

And he won't because all Trump really really really wants is adulation in headlines. He just wants to scratch something off the To Do list.

Sorta like the guy that says "CLEAN THE HOUSE" and burns it down.
