How many people on the voter roles are dead? How many have moved out of the jurisdiction and are no longer eligible to vote? Etc, etc, etc. The voter rolls in most places are garbage and filled with ineligible voters. I would suggest that counting them as "votes" significantly overestimates the reality of how many of those people are out there. I also think it is interesting looking at the states where Did Not Vote would have won.

Not that the democrats have ever had a problem with getting dead people to vote.
