Not making the NCAA’s for an 18th consecutive season in reality is ridiculous considering there will be 16 Regionals of which the #4 seed in each Regional will likely suck and someone we would easily beat assuming we played like last night. That’s the part of the seeding that doesn’t make sense. We play in the SEC and although this will sound biased, every team in the SEC should make the Regionals based on the grueling schedule week in and week out. It’s common knowledge. When a team like Eastern Kentucky or Bellarmine make it over us because they won their Conference Championships and are given an automatic bid, well, that just doesn’t make sense. The best teams in the country are not all making the Regionals then based on that metric alone.
