Knoxville and eastern TN are much larger populations than central MO. It’s a burgeoning area for retirees. There’s a reason they can get 100,000 for football and 20,000 for hoops. More interest, more money focused on the Vols. KC, StL and Springfield have never visited, in any sizeable numbers, for a 2 night stay and 3 day commitment for a MU baseball 3 game homestand. Either COMO/Jeff City support MU sports after football and MBB (which have a wider geographic reach and interest) or they do not.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
