Well, the Cards did have Roy Green, Mel Gray, OJ Anderson, Pat Tilley, Wayne Morris et al back then. They could score points, but defense was a problem...also the front office was dysfunctional. (Google George Boone - Big Red) BTW, don't forget that in '81 Roy Green played both ways.
