unreliable. Literally anything could have and will take it out if they don't have more reliable generation on the grid and the ability to shed load quickly.
So they fired up reliable generation and restored power. If they keep shutting it down it will keep happening for a variety of reasons.
Natural gas is the only generation source that can turn on quickly enough to support the quick changes due to unreliable power. That is why in America every time solar and wind is installed, nearby a gas plant is built but that never is factored into the costs of the "green energy."
Coal takes much much longer and nuclear takes days
