I actually had an admin a few years back tell us in a meeting of about 20 teachers that the only reason she became an admin was because she was a horrible teacher. I had assumed as much because she was a horrid admin but still could not believe she just threw it out like that.

How was I to take a evaluation from her seriously after that? That was 15 years ago and she is still working in that same district.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
