has been underway for this program. Always roster issues. One year we have no catcher. Another year no pitchers. This year most of them couldn't swat a fly off their dinner plate. Seems to be repetitive recruiting shortfalls, IMO that have driven us into the cellar. That's program management and coaching IMO.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
