of his brilliant tariff efforts because of their obvious, and rather predictable, adverse effects. This only shows his complete disorganization and inability to reason. Why this seems to surprise some people I have no idea. I knew his complete lack of qualifications for that job over 8 years ago and NOTHING he does surprises me now.
