I'm not confused. I have never said he didn't get due process. I din't even refer to him specifically in my post, other than in the subject line. I simply said due process should be required. Both sides are putting out so much misinformation that I have no real idea if his gang affiliation was ever proven in court or not. I'm not even sure of the requirement, if it needs to be proven or just shown that there is probable cause. As long as the due process is followed, I am fine with deportation.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
