However, all she did was delete the confusing language and reissue her order. Meanwhile, the government of El Salvador has made the entire matter moot with their refusal to release Garcia from prison. Perhaps you should research how El Salvador has worked to rid themselves of the MS-13 gang. If push had come to shove, all the Trump Admin had to do was use a video conference to provide minimal due process to Garcia without him ever leaving his jail cell.
