If you read carefully, I nver made a comment about how many could be shared or belong to illegal aliens. I assume there are some. That is not, however, the main reason the program is underfunded. Not even a significant portion of the problem. People are living longer, and the contribution rates have not been increased correspondingly. That is the vast majority of the problem. If we were able to magically remove all fraud, the problem would still be there.
