Well, it did not have all the details.

I disagree with his earlier ruling that trans would not be able to fit. So he is already excluding some.

The standards should be blind to the person. You either meet the standards or now.

Since he has already shown the willingness to make exceptions, I would not be surprised if others might crop up.
