that’s what I’d say.

I, on the other hand, am not an election conspiracy theorist and have at least a rudimentary understanding of the fraud countermeasures employed in electronic ballot machines, so I’m unconcerned with their use in elections.

I also have no concern with States requiring paper ballots. I do have concerns with requiring hand-counting of paper ballots, which the Missouri Legislature is currently considering. That’s a bad idea.
