I hope that many of Trump's EOs are just PR expected to give Congress a kick in the a$$ to do their job. Because most of them do not have any power behind them or can be reversed by later administrations if they do.

Trump has been very busy and effective in his first 40ish days in office. The legislative branch has done nothing to advance his agenda.
