In Missouri, the legislature has immediately, after a law is passed by the voters in a statewide vote, immediately overturned that new law by passing another new law to effectively nullify the result of the statewide referendum. Not a question of whether a law should ever be changed. More a question to me of whether it is wise for the legislature to keep ignoring voters. May come back to bite them at some point.
