We have the best high end care in the world, although I do know there are some good healthcare places in Asia (Singapore or something like that...cheap and quick and high quality).
Where the USA fails (in general) is routine health. obesity, cancer rates, etc.
I am not suggesting we move to what other countries have. It would be a disaster here. I do think things need to be improved.
