What I find interesting is that in first world countries with “free” healthcare, they are generally healthier than in USA. One would thin that if you were able to keep costs down by being healthier that would be enough of an incentive. Maybe it is how our healthcare system is run here in general. I don’t know.

We also have a system that focuses on cheap food as well. Especially junk food.
